Florida PolyCon is excited to host a Merchant Hall and Artist Alley at our event! If you are interested in applying for our 2025 event, please view our options below:

Artist Alley

Artist Alley Room Space ($65)

This space is located within an Artist Alley event room inside of our Innovation, Science, and Technology (IST) building. This space comes with:
  • Two (2) 5′ x2′ (L x W) tables in an L shape
  • Two (2) chairs
  • Two (2) meal vouchers for the appropriate food trucks
  • Admission for two (2) individuals.

Artist Alley Hallway Space ($85)

This space is located within the main hallway of our Innovation, Science, and Technology (IST) building. It is along the path of many events at our convention. This space comes with:
  • Two (2) 5′ x2′ (L x W) tables in an L shape
  • Two (2) chairs
  • Two (2) meal vouchers for the appropriate food trucks
  • Admission for two (2) individuals.

Artist Alley Mega Space ($105)

This space is located at the four main corner hubs at the north and south ends of our Innovation, Science, and Technology (IST) building. This space comes with:
  • Three (3) 5′ x2′ (L x W) tables in an L shape
  • Two (2) chairs
  • Two (2) meal vouchers for the appropriate food trucks
  • Admission for two (2) individuals.

Merchant Hall

General Merchant Space ($100)

 

 

Perfect for small to medium-sized vendors, this space offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your products in a prime location. Ideal for independent creators and small businesses looking to connect with attendees in a lively atmosphere. This space comes with:

  • Two (2) meal vouchers for the appropriate food trucks

Mega Merchant Space ($175)

 

Designed for larger vendors with a broader product range, this space provides extra visibility and prime positioning. Perfect for those looking to make a big impact and engage with a high volume of attendees. This space comes with:

  • Two (2) chairs
  • Two (2) meal vouchers for the appropriate food trucks

Space for outdoor merchants will be outside on the main walkway of the event, varying per individual vendor needs. This space comes with:
